Personal Spotlight: Howdy!! My name is Sarah Steadman and I am absolutely stoked to be one of your teaches this year. I'm (hoping to) major in Psych and teach I/S with teachables in Drama and French. I am a massive cow and corgi lover, I eat eggs for breakfast almost every single day, I am a sunset enthusiast and I could tell you everything there is to know about the Zodiac Killer (it's not creepy, I swear). I also love to travel, go on walks and spend time with friends. Can't wait to get to know you all and if you ever see me around be sure to say hi!!
Words of wisdom: Throw yourself into every opportunity presented to you. This is a new, scary situation, no doubt about it. But I promise you, it gets a whole lot less scary, very very quickly. Take some risks, do fun schtuff and you're gonna love it here <3

Favourite thing about ConEd?: My favourite thing about ConEd is the community! Everyone involved in this program creates such a warm and welcoming environment for all ConEddies to be apart-of, and I couldn't be happier to be apart of it!
Favourite first-year class?: My favourite first year class has to be PROF. Holly is one of the kindest humans and makes PROF such a great time! I am always so excited to attend class, because I know I will get to meet and connect with so many new people every week, and learn about teaching in a fun and engaging way.
Favourite thing about Teach Exec?: My favourite thing about Teach Exec is how KIND and FUN everyone is! Each member makes every ConEddie feel welcome and supported through everything, and is always open to help all of us out. The whole Exec team creates such a fun environment and make me SO EXCITED to be in ConEd!!
Personal Spotlight: Hey everyone! My name is Natasha Mackey, and I am so excited to meet everyone this year! I am in the Music program here along with ConEd and am going into the Primary/Junior stream. Some fun facts about me are: I love to dance and sing, I spend wayyyy too much of my time on Netflix (my favourite show right now is Parks and Rec), and I've been skydiving! I can't wait to meet everyone and am so excited to see what's in store during my time at Queens!
Words of wisdom: My words of wisdom are that everything will be okay! Moving away from home and starting University can be a stressful and scary time for everyone. Its important to remind yourself that you are not alone and there are always people here to support you! Time goes by fast, so remember to cherish all these memories and enjoy your time :)

Personal Spotlight: My name is Blake Gill and I can not wait to meet the class of 26! I am entering the I/S stream with teachable in Math and French (My major and minor, respectively). All my friends call me Blagoo/Blagu (Blah-goo) and they have even named a dance move after me ! I like to play volleyball and tennis in my spare time, I also love a good board game. Be careful though - I am extremely competitive. I am always listening to music. Some of my favourite artists include Declan McKenna, Lorde, Mickey Darling, ABBA, Florence + The Machine and of course Taylor Swift. I can not wait to welcome you all to the best program at Queen's, so please do not hesitate to introduce yourself if you see me on campus! You can't miss me - just look for the tall guy with lots of ConEd Spirit :)
Words of wisdom: Everybody loves to make friends! With a huge transition into post-secondary school, it can be hard leaving your hometown friends. But remember, everybody loves to make friends. If you offer your kindness and friendship to someone, they will not reject it - ESPECIALLY when it comes to ConEd students. It can be hard putting yourself out there, but remember that everyone is in the same boat. Be kind, be positive and be YOU!
